I wonder how much livestock was lost due to Harvey? Any estimates?

I'd hope that whoever took that picture subsequently rescued the cat from the water.

We need the Paul Harvey "rest of the story" info.

That cat is probably plotting against the people that left it to drown.

I would, if I was the cat. Of course, it could very well be feral, too.

Best way to approach that would be to grab it by the scruff of the neck, and put it in the boat as far away from where you are sitting as possible. It does look like it would attack.

You'd just have to hope that the cat would realize that, hey, it isn't in the water anymore, and at least stay on its side of the boat.

No estimate has been made, but about 1M cattle were affected by the flood waters. Over $200M of crops have been lost.

Thats funny.. Cats are very independent. I can see my cats waiting for me to get home after a hurricane saying, where is my fricking cat treats..

I mean, one of our cats (Eddie) came to us because of a natural disaster. They are very resilient!
