It could affect the LA market if it goes that long, which I doubt it will.

The biggest problem the dem politicians face in any state that they insist on keeping locked down, is their Republican counterparts in the red states are opening back up. Even rabid libs are going to start questioning their leaders when they see the opened up states don't have overwhelmed hospitals and people aren't dropping dead in the streets.

We have good friends that have a luxury condo in Ocean City. Their HOA is 20K a year plus their mortgage. Their projected income this year- unknown. They can absorb it, but there are a lot that can’t. Fire sale indeed.

Going on right now where I live. Florida has probably one of the most forward thinking governors but rentals are still on lockdown. A lot of folks are upset that they cannot rent out their houses or condos. I think there are going to be some good deals shortly. House across the street from me is a VROB rental...empty since this thing started. On the market now. No way in hell are they going to get what they are asking for it in this market.

That's amazing. My son and half my family lives in L.A County and they don't know anyone that has got the CoronaVirus. I don't know anyone and people that i know don't know anyone that has got it. it would seem if they had 13 million cases we would at least know someone. Now when the flu season comes every year i always know at least a dozen or more people that got the flu during that time. Matter a fact i and 23 people i know got the flu over Christmas. But we all know the Govt. and Media NEVER inflate statistics. Phred and steeb part of the sheep. We believe We believe Baaaaa Baaaaa

I don't personally know anyone with the virus, I don't know anyone that knows someone with the virus. No one at my work has or has had the virus according to our company.
