Hard to believe but 6 years ago, I had 5 cars:
1. 2001 Ford F-150 Crew Cab
2. 2013 Honda CRV
3. 2005 Ford Ranger
4. 2005 Honda Accord
5. 1996 Chevy Corvette

For my DD, I have a 2016 Subaru Outback, and the wife has the 2013 Honda CRV.

So the next question is; who's brand loyal? I've been a GM person since forever. I've never owned a Dodge, and had one Ford 25 years ago.

Absolutely no brand loyalty whatsoever. I buy what I like.

Never bought an import though.

Every car I've ever owned has been from one of the (original) Big 3.

Mostly GM here, had a couple F150s and a couple Subarus for the wife.
Back to all GM for now.

Depends on whether talking new or used or even classics.
Older cars I'd buy pretty much any manufacturer, used usually GM but have had all brands(regretted all the Chrysler products however). New it'd be GM as well it's a family thing.

2019 GMC Sierra with the Elevation package.
It's tough trying to keep anything over ten years here as they salt and brine the roads.Miss my '03 ZR2 but it rusted out.

2020 F150 platinum, 37000 miles by now. massaging seats rock.
also have a 2013 plain jane f150 with 50k on it for days I need to do actual work that would hurt the feelings of the platinum.

As far as brand loyalty, i might be guilty, i cannot remember a time I havent had an f150 as far back to at least Y2K. Then again when my c8 arrives it will be vette #9 .

Well, you Americans don't consider Dodge/Chrysler/Ford Chevy imports and lots of them are/were made here in Canada.

Ford Edge
Ford Winstar
Lincoln MKX
Chevy Camaro
Dodge Magnum
Dodge Charger
Dodge Challenger
Chrysler 300

Those are just the ones I know right off the top of my head; I am sure there are others.

And Toyota really isn't an import either, since they make them here too. But I still consider a Toyota an import.

To me (and most people) Ford/Chevy/Chrysler(Dodge) are domestic and everything else is an import.

Modern times the waters are very muddy.

But there's a reason the Charger/Challenger/300 say "Designed in Detroit". Because they're all built in Brampton, Ontario, a few miles form where I am sitting right now.

But y'all still call them "American" cars.

I've owned several - Fiat, VW, GM (Chev. Pontiac), BMW, Nissan/Infinity, etc...I live in a small town and the only dealer we have now and have only had for a long time is Ford. I was fairly brand loyal to Chev. until they killed off their small town dealerships. Which I still don't understand why a decade or so ago. I would still most likely be loyal to them, but if I have to travel 25 plus miles to a dealership there are too many others to choose from.
