Yeah I see how that's ironic (I was thinking the same thing after I wrote it) but to me you're sub human if you willfully kill another that isn't deserving of it. In cases like that I'd gladly be judge, jury and executioner.

OK but when you go traveling abroad you won't be able to put Canadian flag stickers and badges on your suitcases and clothes for your own safety anymore, you wouldn't be able to leave the relative safety of your borders.

I agree with most of that but what does bombing them into oblivion solve? They will still be less than dirt poor on a piece of land with a lot of oceanfront property in a high traffic shipping zone. There will still be guns, there will still be boats, and there will still be the bad guys who use those 2 things together... we are right back where we started.

The population as a whole would much rather eat. With the system of warlords and territories that they have the only way to do that is with guns.

Trust me... I am not a bleeding heart, save the children type. I have no problem pulling the trigger with one of these pirating pieces of sh*t in the sights. I have done it and would do it again. I just don't see how blowing up the population as a whole solves anything. You can't kill an infrastructure when there isn't one there to kill.

From my observations during the limited time I spent there, there are no "good" guys left in the country. You could wipe out the lot of them and the world would be a better place.
