I'm trying to talk the wife's boss into having double mastectomy and getting fakers, 3rd breast cancer in ten years. She's unhealthy already without going through this again. Anything would be better than 3 times through that hell for same thing.

I have felt LOTS of real and fake boobies. I did a rotation with a cosmetic surgeon that did post mastectomy reconstruction. If done by a good surgeon and not OVERDONE, they can look and feel very natural....
