I fly a lot less for business than I used to and I have a list of personal No Fly airports. All airports in CA and NYC are on it, along with a few others like Newark.

I actually agree with this. Make EVERYONE suffer your bullshit policies equally. Same thing with HOV/toll lanes. Stop wasting money to make separate lanes that cost more money to build and just build more lanes for everyone.

I would say that the TSA ought to treat politicians they recognize JUST like they do the regular public. Disdain, inappropriate touching, etc. Let our overlords understand the way they have normal citizens treated.

Clear is a private for-profit company, therefore evil. Government must "fix" it. TSA is government so CA can't tell them what to do or not do; they would if they could.

After facilitating illegal immigration, the socialists second priority is to grow gov jobs by the billions, this is why the tsa clear does not work, it would justify less tsa idiots--only justifies, would not lessen the tsa workforce, as feds will hire more AND more everyday.

Look at all gov entities, fed & state & county & local, all are booming regarding new hires and retention.

It will not end, as a cornerstone of socialism is to grow the gov far beyond its need, pay them above average wages, free benefits, and be the last provider of pensions.

Clear is entirely funded by subscribers. It's basically a fast and secure ID verification process, which you can have with or without TSA Precheck. I don't know if they pay for the small space they use at airports, but they provide the equipment and personnel they use at their expense.

TSA Precheck and Global Entry are services from the .gov that cost extra, but are probably subsidized by the .gov since they're not very efficient at providing such things.

Yup - its coming! In Canada, there's a fucking luxury tax on any car/plane/boat over $100K, that is indexed to the increasing cost of the vehicle. Why? Because the "rich" need to pay their fair share of taxes! Last time I checked, the tax should be applied according to the item at the same rate, not an increasing rate as the item's cost increases. Fucking communist COCKSUCKERS!

The only saving grace is that it only applies to new (up to 3 years old) vehicles, so since I love buying used, I haven't been subjected to it.
