Great build up. Love the grease fittings for your bushings Do they have offset bushings available to get more camber? Or are you upper a arms going to allow that?

If anybody ever wonders what quality of work went into my current car, I am pointing to this thread and saying "This guy did a whole lot of it..."

Got it rolling and running yesterday!

Relocating the sway bar is a question I've had regarding adding coil-overs to my 94. Can you provide information about these brackets? Seems a better alternative to cutting new holes.
Thanks...

The lower DEL-A-Lum bushings are not offset and I'm not sure if they offer them offset. The upper A-arms will adjust way more than needed!

Machined these from aluminum bar stock to utilize the stock hole locations.

They are really good if it isn't raining...I had a joy ride in another 91 with them- very sticky. I will buy them when my current stock of tires is gone (I have two new rears stacked in the garage).

Not too bad for a 375 HP motor! It's running a little fat, so I could lean it out a little and get some more out of it. But I'll just play it safe and let her run it like this for awhile.

A Stock lt1 is only good for about 280rwhp and 300rwtq So I would say thats pretty good for a relatively stock LT5!

Coolness!

I thought a stock LT1 was less than 260 rwhp (it is only 300 hp crank, right?) maybe you meant LT4.

But along these lines, I'm quite sure there is a solid 10% difference from dyno readings from shop A to shop B for a multitude of reasons. I thought my ZR-1 might have been 10 rwhp lower than I expected, but it got tested at 550 ft rather than sea level (and the engine was hot) and run in 3rd rather than 4th...could be 10 hp just in those testing conditions.

When in doubt, I like to back it up with 1/4 mile trap speeds as the true indicator. Before/After if really what the dyno is good for, you can always game the peak numbers.

That's what I was thinking. Might be a bit hard to squeeze 280 RWhp out of a 300 hp engine. I got 259 rwhp out of my LT1 with 145k on it with an A4 so you might expect a little better with a manual.
