How?

More youth employment initiatives and longer rec center hours.

And they think THAT requires $100 million?! And they think THAT will solve the gun violence in Philly?!

When the money they spend goes to solid democrat voters and adds more public employees it does get results. More votes for democrats.

Just remember that the ONLY problem all politicams face is how to get re elected and grab more power.

And people with guns are less likely to look for the government to help or protect them so they need to disarm them.
