Default More than 39,000 Pennsylvania voters switched their party registration in 2022

Thousands of Pennsylvania voters switching parties to become Republicans

https://www.foxnews.com/media/pennsy...oters-pandemic

Pennsylvania Democrats are leaving the party in droves, with almost 8,400 Democrats in just the western part of the state switching parties to become Republicans ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

Pennsylvania mother Beth Ann Rosica joined "Fox & Friends First" to discuss the data and what issues she believes are prompting the mass exodus.

"I think the economy is huge, and I also think a lot of the school issues for parents across the state of Pennsylvania, it's just been horrific watching what's happened to our kids academically, socially, emotionally," Rosica told co-host Carley Shimkus.

"All of these failed policies have just really resulted in academic losses."

Rosica said many parents are "fed up and disgusted with what's happened here over the last two and a half years" with surging inflation and gas prices.
Republican Senate candidate Mehmet Oz greets the media after voting in Pennsylvania's primary, on May 17, 2022, in Bryn Athyn.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of State, more than 39,000 Democrats have switched their party registration in 2022. In contrast, only around 12,000 voters have switched to the Democratic Party from the GOP.

"As a former Democrat for 34 years prior to the pandemic, I too thought that the Democratic Party was really focused on the people that they pretend to support," Rosica said.

She explained how she has dedicated her career to helping families in underprivileged communities get the resources they need to be successful, a narrative the Democratic Party always claimed to support.

"What I saw through the pandemic was that the Democratic Party basically abandoned all of those people," Rosica said. "And so that was why I left the party, or as I like to say, the party really left me, and I think that a lot more people are really starting to see that."

Endrias Micael, who switched parties to become a Republican in Pennsylvania this year, comes from an immigrant family and accused the Democrats of failing voters they have not engaged for "quite some time."

"I'm a part of a community called the National Council of Eritrean Americans, and what we committed to is mobilizing swing votes and people who consider themselves the fault of Democrats, people who the Democratic Party have not engaged with in quite some time or just have offered them failed policy after failed policy," Micael said.

"So we decided to go from a grassroots approach and actually start meeting with Republican candidates," he continued.

The high-profile Senate race in Pennsylvania continues to gain steam as Trump-backed Dr. Mehmet Oz is set to face off against Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman in November.

Is Pennsylvania a state that requires that you vote as registered? One of the Demmunist Party's tactics is to register to the opposing party, pick the worst candidate, then vote against them in the election.

We are not required to vote as registered. It is used in primaries, whereby dems for for the dem candidates and R's vote for r candidates.

Because my parents were dems when I grew up, I am registered as a D, but fk if I would vote for one of those lunatics ruining this country. I do, however, get insight into "their side", lol.

I fear this is for the purpose of having unelectable Republican candidates win their primaries to grease the skids in the general election for the Democrats.

You just don't really understand the issue or what SCOTUS did.

There was no need to tell SCOTUS to fk themselves anymore than telling the police to fk themselves when you cut your lawn. Lawns are not under their rules or protection. All the court did was remove FEDERAL protections and push it to the state. Those voters did not tell SCOTUS to fk off. they told the sate of Kansas to fk off.

They know Dems are dumb enough to believe it. It's their entire business model.

.

Everyone thinks Dem women must be for right to choose and Pub women are anti abortion. Clearly shows and my guess is just as many pub women get abortions as Dems, just not as open about it all.

When they're standing in the booth with the curtain closed? Basic religious beliefs also play a big role in the combination

How do you explain what happened in the deep red state of Kansas?

IMO most who switch party allegiances never cared enough about politics to register an affiliation and they don't vote in elections to select candidates for the ballot.

The people who have registered an affiliation and then change it do so to get shitty opponents on the ballet that nobody from the other team will vote for. They will still vote for their previously registered party in the general election. It's an example of their end justifies the means criminal mentality.

Democrats own the Teacher's Union so indoctrinate kids into the DNC. As they become adults the television and print media hammers away at the GOP all day long. Next, The DNC has mastered vote harvesting, and lately, manipulation of vote counts. It's a wonder that a Republican gets any votes at all.

The only way to fix this is to watch it collapse, then have the states take over. Red states should then ban Democrats from teaching. With a Debt to GDP ratio as high as it is, it won't be long.
