From my experience with dirt bag neighbors, as long as the vehicles have current tags on them, there is nothing you can do.

Black family(ies) living across the street. They stopped fighting in the street after the 2nd time I called the cops. They have a junk yard for a front yard andcat any given time there are six to eight vehicles there. I can see three that run which they use, but the rest block the view of the road turning into my housecand neighbors complain, too.

Should I start calling code enforcement? I am not sure, but I think they have been long time renters.

How is your local politics? How does the DA and the local cop shop handle things! Better know the ground rules in your area!

Depends on area, somebody complained about a boat in front yard down the street from me and they tagged my 64 for being "non operational". At the time it was best running vehicle I had... Lol.
I called the guy said when he came back by stop in and we'll talk. He ripped up the complaint after seeing the tunnel ram and blinged out engine. It was a sleeper for sure.
My wife's Dodge POS barely ran and only had 1st and 2nd gear at the time. She wound it out like a F1 coming down the street. You could hear the valves floating.

OP, I do know of a property without blacks next door that was recently vacated and thoroughly emptied of good junk! It's right on the water and has a brand new deck/fishing pier!

If you act quickly you can probably buy it CHEAP there's and ugly fat executor looking to unload it fast! And there's a Stealitor here that just might be able to broker the deal for you?

I remember seeing the group of guys near my age directly across the street from me, in an open garage door, when I moved in, they all looking my direction as I was unloading the vette from the rental trailer, and offloading the truck from another rental company.....and so when the commotion died off the next AM, there they were ....so I went across the street and introduced myself.....and sure enough, every AM it was a gathering spot in one house or another for AM Koffee break and typical BS chat.....only lasts an hour or so....
