Trying to get back on my unnatural sleep schedule, going back to the up all night sleep all day days is very easy for me...Getting back to sleeping at night..welll not so much!

It looks like the high temp over the next few days will be around 80' here. Think I'll sit out at the pool for a while and take in the sunshine.

I ALWAYS wake several times during the night,so I take one Tylenol P.M. pill about an hour to an hour and a half before bedtime. Works really well. Even if I still do wake up,now I can fall back asleep instead of just lying there waiting for the time to get up.
