Joe Biden aka The Joker in this photo is in the Presidental race according to FOX News. Nothing about this is surprising. The current Dem lineup features a woman no one likes or wants to vote for, a geriatric socialist crackpot who will collapse in the general, and two or three other guys that virtually no one has ever heard of.
