I think I have a steel plate in my head or something.... I got a new pair of sunglasses under warranty. The warranty pair were more jacked up than the ones I turned in.
Now yesterday I received a set of smart outlets and switches I had ordered. The freaking things cant find wifi. Just got off with their tech support. I got defective ones.

I have no room for one. I have on of those stainless steel boxes that you can fill with wood chips to turn a regular gas grill into a smoker.

I did a brisket a few years ago and it turned out awesome. We were just talking yesterday about doing it again.

Can't find brisket anywhere except specialty butcher shops though.

Literally never seen it ever in any grocery store or Costco.

I also have an electric smoker. I got mine through Ebay but they are available at Walmart.

Random smoker story:

Many years ago my neighbor's wife bought him a smoker for Christmas. Just a cheap one. I let her keep it in my garage so it would be a surprise.

He decided we would make a Prime Rib at my place. It was cold as **** and we had a hard time keeping the thing lit. So I grabbed Mrs Flex's hair dryer to use as a bellows.

She was freaking out and I was like WTF? How can I possibly ruin it?

We got drunk and the whole thing was a shitshow. We melted her hair dryer and the prime rib tasted like a ****en campfire. Sat in our fridge for a week then we threw it out.

LOL.



When the stores opened up after Christmas I had to go buy Mrs Flex a new hair dryer.

I still laugh my ass off at this.

She's never laughed about it once.

I never knew women had such emotional attachments to their hair dryers.

Or that smoking and drinking could be such a bad combination.

I have a similar electric smoker to Ben's. They work great. Flex My neighbor across the street gets drunk and lights up the smoker once a month. Man that is some over seasoned nasty shit he brings over!

With the electric smoker all you do is put in the wood chips, set the desired temp and walk away. No mess no fuss.
