He told me he can't order retail. Something about dealers ordering"retail"for all the salesman in order to get stock. According to him that happens with the raptor and cobra.

Woodhouse Ford in Nebraska is one of the largest volume dealers and they may have the allocation. They have been the #1 Viper dealer in the nation quite a few times too...
I checked their site, but it may be worth a phone call.

llalend bought his Magnum and had it shipped to him in Las Vegas.

Here is another thing to try: go to Autotrader.com and search Fords 2011-2012 and put in Raptor in the keyword line. I just did that and got 221 matches. They listed close matches and exact matches for the dealers. That should give you an idea of what is out there and some places to call.

When I was intent on getting a Black GMC Terrain AWD V6 SLT1 with a Brownstone interior (yes, that specific) last year, I had a GMC dealer ready to truck one down from Kansas.
I didn't go through because they wouldn't give me book on my trade.

Supply and demand works both ways.
When I was looking for an '03 Anniversary vert lots of dealers were asking (and getting) MSRP+.
Right now, you can probaby buy '11 Vette verts for 10K off sticker.

If you want to buy something eveybody wants, expect to pay more.
