I saw SRV live with outstanding up front seats. Small outdoor waterfront summer venue Baltimore harbor. Has to be my personal choice. (I shook Stevie’s hand so there’s that)

Another notable was The Police live in a small venue I think in Georgetown DC. Early years. Only a few thousand people. Sting on the upright bass. Pretty freaking cool.

He was one of the greatest. I don't think I've ever met a musician/singer. The closest I've come was here in SLC a few years back. I was at USANA, a local outdoor venue, and they have the dressing trailers over by the handicap parking just inside the chain link fence. I just had some knee work done so I was parked there and walked within a few feet of the trailer door that the Wilson sisters were coming out. Made eye contact with Nancy, mouthed hi and she waved and said hi. I died a little that night.

For the record, I didn’t get to meet Stevie. Just had the opportunity to shake his hand at the end of the show. I remember him being a smaller guy and I’m no giant.

One the best concerts that stands out was the Talking heads' Stop Making Sense Tour.
