That’s a win.

Creating wealth is the goal and the fewer jobs needed to create it, the lower the costs, the better for society.

We don’t need government creating unproductive jobs, one of the biggest contributors to price inflation. There’s always something productive to do and people would adapt and find their place in a free market economy.
