Dog was considerably cheaper....but factor in airfare, lodging, car, and food for 3 and it adds up quick. My share alone was about $3500. A lot of the expense was the crappy exchange rate on the Euro. Everytime I gassed the car I was in $100....and we did a LOT of driving.

Yes. Quite a peppy little booger....I was surprised. It did have some strange attributes. If you put it in neutral at a stoplight and let off the clutch, in about 5 seconds the engine shut off (presumably as a fuel saving measure). Once you put the clutch back in, it restarted by itself. It also didn't sound like a diesel....I've had noisier gas engines. Ford knocked it out of the park on this car.

Yes, and he called me out yesterday in the CF under one of his aliases. He posted three pictures of cars using a plate with GNXTREME. A Mustang, a C5 and a C4. The thread was deleted by a mod. I only congratulated him because he learn how to post pictures and I welcomed him to 1998.
