NDP defence critic Randall Garrison said Trump's ban is based on ignorance and hate and predicted it will weaken military cohesion.

Before the fact and want to put your unit (pun intended) at risk during your transformation and have the .Gov on the hook for your operations and medicine ? No.

Anyone that can't see how these things differ, I've got nothing for you. BTW- the military is full of guys and girls that have mental issues. As a leader, you learn to deal with them. Dealing with transgender during transformation is not being fair to those leaders or their charges.

What that fool does in office directly affects Canadians as well. We're your biggest trading partner. It's been a mutually beneficial relationship for hundreds of years. He's jeopardizing that.

Trump may or may not fire Sessions, but since he *hired him*, he can *fire him* and hire a guy who won't immediately recuse himself from pretty much everything. However, I think it's more likely than not that the whole supposed dust-up between Trump and Sessions is carefully crafted to give the impression that there is a problem. The effect of it has democrats now defending Sessions, and that's when the other shoe drops. You think Trump is a fool. I assure you he is nobody's fool. Oh, also, renegotiating NAFTA is a great idea. We should have unilateral and mutually beneficial trade agreements between individual nations. Overarching multi-lateral trade agreements are fraught with all sorts of corruption and behind-the-scenes deals that benefit a few powerful people. And if, for whatever reason, Canada decides they just can't do business with the USA, I'll just leave it to you to figure out who gets hurt most.
