What was the reason she took the picture to begin with? Proof? To use as a lever?

Whose car is it? FWIW, she would be covered by the car's insurance as long as she is driving it with permission.

My advice? Find a different ride back be it renting a car or taking the bus or whatever. I would not make a big thing of it at this point, but I wouldn't ride with that asshole driving either.

Well put. As I said in the first reply, just passing trough. No bs on my end, as stated, just asked for, and received, opinions.

Asking about children was simply a curiosity. Being a parent, or not, could certainly drive your approach to answering the question.

Thomas, it's insurance, and was simply a gut reaction from a groggy person waking up from a nap being a passenger in a speeding car on a paid business trip. On business time, I don't see how any sane individual could condone his behavior.

She will confront him and has no plans of sharing the photo with him UNLESS he chooses not to accept constructive criticism and drive normally on the way home.
