Nope. My oldest ancestry in the US hails from southern Germany, and arrived on the New York shore two years after the Civil War.

I KNOW there are knowledgeable C2 people on this site. I guess they would rather respond to some of the choices the OP has listed here.
This is a Corvette site, why is it that people use it for political content, religion, and mostly sarcastic remarks to everyone’s comments? If you are truly interested in those things post on sites that are specific to those subjects and use this site for it’s intended purpose-CORVETTES.
