I am hooked on smoothies
Breakfast just about every morning. I have had one for breakfast and one for lunch.
Mine are simple. An apple, a banana, a little orange juice, peach non fat yogurt, vanilla protein powder and ice. I guess I should venture out with some strawberry or something. Do you think I am wrong for making this my go to breakfast? |

Sounds good - I do something very similar for my breakfast, but add about a cup of fruits, handful of raw spinach, two cups coconut milk, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and about 2 tbsp of a vegetable based protein powder.

vEry healthy drink. I cannot handle spinach myself. I do love the "green drink" but I cannot have it. I will tell my wife about this one.
