We pay $25 a day with 3 dogs. However, it’s a single female that loves our dogs and house.

My standing ask: I DGAF what you do, just let me know if I need to change the water in the hot tub. No questions asked.

That’s one of the reasons our house sitter charges what she does. 1. It’s closer to work. 2. Our kitchen rocks. 3. We have a totally wired house and a hot tub.
So, play up the positives of your place and pay what is reasonable.

75” TV with 7.2

Gave her $150 for food (dietician that eats nothing processed. All natural, organic etc.

Wife and I were gone 11 days over Xmas. Her son took care of the house and the cat.
