Is that chip board for flooring? Sorry that's one place I'd never use it.

That's not your basic OSB chipboard. That is Advantech. Engineered for floors, good stuff

Pretty much. Especially with the adhesive they used between it and the floor joists.

I framed for a living....seems like a long time ago. But my body remembers!

Looking good! Question, looks like 10' finished ceiling height in the garage? My lift is like 11'2" IIRC.....Might need a lowboy four post maybe? lol

More pics!!!

Funny you should mention the indoor range...

When the Cabela family sold to Bass Pro, they ended up buying two lots in the neighborhood. The wife built a place that required a 30' castle block retaining wall to get the flat part of the lot large enough. The kids built next door. The big place, guessing about 12k sq ft has a state of the art range in the basement. Here's a capture of the two places, kids on the left.

Garage ceiling was going to be about 9', but it is ending up being more like 10'. Not sure how that happened, but I'm just fine with it! Yeah, a lift would be nice, hmmm...

And did you say more pics???

Back wall had to go up in 2 pieces.

Glue, nail, and screw.

My subfloor is the same. No issues.

Phred never heard of this as can't use the glue due to not being Proposition 65 rated in California. That why his floors squeak

Last ones for a while. Supply chain issue has caused a several week delay. Roof trusses are on order, but not due til the end of March. Windows are on order too, but they are out 16 weeks!

That's about the point I'd be afraid of a monsoon for weeks and everything being soaked nonstop and stuff moving being weakened.

We don't typically get heavy rains up here until about late April into May, so hopefully that scenario doesn't happen!

Windows for mine were out 16 weeks as well. Ordered them in December so hopefully they will be here in April.

Builder shouldn't have put that subfloor in until the trusses were on site.
