It will be interesting to see how this plays out since last year he sold most of his catalog to Hipgnosis. Since they now own the royalties from when his music is played on air, they may have something to say about this

He's an entertainer whose music I happen to appreciate. IDGAF about his politics, Life is way too short to care what any "celebrity's" world view is.
The only "influencer" in my life is me... and perhaps Mrs Markids. I fail to understand why anyone should care in the least who Jennifer Anniston is sleeping with this week or what lip gloss a Kardashian says is the hot, or what Neal or Bruce or Colin or Brad or Sting have to say about anything at all. They do not live in "the real world" and therefore their opinions are not worth the electrons needed to form this reply.

That’s an interesting insight. If he just scuttled his heavily invested patron partner they will undoubtedly and rightfully seek damages. I’m all for the first amendment - speak your mind; but, don’t just back it up with everyone else’s money - like the woke, taxpayer-tit sucking folks propose with society.

By the way - my honestly sincere apologies to any woke fellow Americans. Nothing against you and I mean that sincerely. But, I join you in your hate of whoever it was in your family or early life sphere that marginalized and/or somehow damaged you. You definitely didn’t deserve it! I think he might have some say or stake in his own copy rights. Is it coincidence that all of his music is now streaming on his own platform for about $1.99/mo and that service just now started up?
