I actually won a radio contest
Classic Rock WMGK 102.9 had a Pink Floyd weekend a couple weeks ago. You could text in the key word for a chance to win the two CD set of Roger Water's "Us and Them"
The stars must have aligned as the computer picked me. It arrived in today's mail  If I would have been forced to drive to the radio station, I would have declined as it is easily 45 miles one way into the city and it's not worth the aggravation for a $20 CD. They offered to mail it which I gladly accepted. |

Beasley Broadcasting has roots here in Florida. Patty and her brother lived in an apartment complex with Brad Beasley. This was nearly 30 years ago. We still have a Beasley owned station here.
