Thick paint and spraying.....
Heavy latex paint with silicone, almost as thick as grease, but it will pour....
so is there a sprayer that can handle it?? or is it unlikely to very chancy experiment?? |

It will have to be one that is specific for it, or an "airless". The Air Force for a while back in the 90's decided for a minute that we should shoot latex, and we used a suction feed gun built for it. That said, you can rent an airless at places like home depot.

I have a 20 year old Wagner high end professional airless - I have a cedar house and need to paint it maybe every 8 years depending on which side. I JUST did the back today - I was worried as the paint was very thick and the sprayer is old and I had not used it in 8 years. Fired it up, tested it on water - then put the suction tube in the goop. Sure nuff, no problem .... did not even need the pressure dialed up all the way. I bet it would spray your stuff but you need a good one I would do the home depot type rental.
