I had another suggestion (something to do with Rooster Pops), but my doggiecone has been frozen in place since the last retraction maneuver, and has quite possibly cracked. I'm not really sure....there's a small trickle, but at this rate, it will be July before it thaws enough to become fully functional again....or before I can at least assess the damage.
