I was 120 miles NW of the eye...no damage.

Port Fouchon. Chauvin, Dulac and surrounding areas are totaled and still underwater from the storm surge.

Places a little more inland like; Cut Off, Larose, Marrero, NOLA took a direct hit.

Glad your house still has power.

Power and cable is out all around us, we (crossing fingers) have only briefly lost power. Hearing the limbs crash and the transformers and lines flash when the ice breaks them is CRAZY and lights up the sky.


Hoping it dries up a bit so we can do more clean up. It was still raining when we started yesterday and 34 degrees (BRRRR).
