Have had every type of taco, in Mexico, and here. In Fresno, where I have been for the past 20 years, there is no lack of excellent Mexican food and ingredients. You can do so much with tacos you can have them often and not tire of them. At least that's the case for me.

Sad that they aren't more filling. Takes 10-12 to make me a decent meal. Can get by with less if they're home made with tortilla soft shells... Need two hands for those bad boys

These days I use the little corn 'street taco' size tortillas...about 5" in diameter. I have 6 or 7 of them. I prefer several smaller ones to a couple huge clumsy ones.

This guy was from my hometown, and raced at a small local 1/8 mile track. We were there every freaking Saturday night (when open) from the late '60s to the '70s sometime, drinking heavily.

By 11-midnight when the eliminations were on the place was crazy. Then we'd race back to the nearest bar, 5-6 miles away and close that place up.

As I recall, the little Willys had a 427 Chevy in it and it was insane.
