SVB did a shit job in risk management.
They had an obscene amount of capital come in during a low interest rate period and put it all in Long term US debt securities.

They should of bought interest rate swaps; risk 101.

Maybe if they weren't trying to be cool, hip ESG scumbags and instead hired for merit instead of diversity and inclusion, this wouldn't of happened.

I know you're an educated man. And probably you've done well financially. The point the members here are making is, it's not because the person is gay. We have an Administration that isn't looking for the best and most qualified person.We have big businesses that aren't looking for the most qualified person They are into diversity. Black/white/Asian Gays, a woman, or transgender. That's what is tanking our country and military. Not because they're Gay, we've had gays since the beginning of time. But we have people like Karine Jean-Pierre, if it wasn't for kamala Harris she would be by far the dumbest person in the White House. And Beatle Juice in Chicago. And you can go on and on. Not qualified people but a minority regardless if they're white or any other color. Silicon bank and other businesses and people in the Govt. have gone the diversity route to be P.C and it's not working as a whole.
