The more toppings you get, the fewer of each they put on there, unfortunately. Best bet is probably to only get 5 toppings but put extra on each so it doubles up.
For special instructions I always say "extra bake", which I guess a lot of people don't know is an option.

And Trump is still the working man's candidate....massive crowds of union workers and others outside of the NYC court room at 6:30 am in the bluest state ever. Won't see that on MSN, CNN or ABC..
