Sure, most people are probably guilty, but some aren't. The 'Innocence Project,' left wingers though they may be, somehow keeps finding via new DNA testing that innocent people are in prison for the crimes of others. That's why there needs to be an appeals process. There needs to be a remedy for kangaroo courts, for stacked juries, for mistaken identity, etc.

I get that when people are caught red handed, in the act, appeals don't seem to make much sense, but the problem is the slippery slope. We start deciding who is and is not entitled to appeal, and, well, that's a problem

Sucks for the victims of the people caught red handed, but there it is....it has to be that way.

There is significant differences between the appeals process and the effort to delay justice when capital punishment is to be used.

We need to end these junk lawsuits so we can concentrate on justice and not agenda.

I have been waiting for a report that the struggling was all a put on concocted by him and his "Spiritual Advisor". It has not come so I guess it may have been real. I was expecting some sort of report that the dramatics started way before the gas was administered.
