perhaps not exotic, but historic. I live on lands which housed Ole George and company right before they crossed the Delaware and defeated the British. my local pub has records back to the time they were part of the underground railroad.

Almost did an overnight in Cairo when could not get a local hotel for a Seminoles game, ending up staying a little south of Tally, forget the city's name, it had two hotels, I snagged the last room.

I was born on a HI island. It was about as exotic as could be...in that time.

Born in Mt Vernon Tx and grew up in Sulphur Springs Tx. SS was known as the dairy capital of the world, the super famous Hopkins County Stew cook off, and the birth place of Forrest Gregg -a GB Packer HOFer.

Now just known as that podunk town with seethru bathrooms on the town square.
