Bought just shy of 7 pounds of tenderloin today. We're having Filet for dinner and two more yummy steak meals this coming week.

That’s a great price!



First and only time I’ve ever seen actual Japanese A5 wagyu. Late March about the time shit hit the fan.

Bunch of big ballers here. I just bought an Angus chuck roast looks decent.....$ 2.97/lb, and a couple pounds of Angus hamburger meat, same price.

Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic and celery tomorrow, spaghetti on Sunday.
