If you were in the military, go with your branch’s emblem.
Whatever you get just know that at our age, skin isn’t as tight and the ink can bleed/spread so fine details might mush out.
And don’t worry about what people think or say about it. It’s a personal thing and that’s what matters. The one and only one I have was for personal reasons and I don’t show it off like some ink junkies with the “look at me” tattoos all over them.
There’s no pain involved really. I scrolled the web while having mine done. Just make sure you get a good shop and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Never got one, but I am fine with other people having them. Just not on the neck or hands. Back when I was a hiring manager, I would never take anyone with a tattoo on the neck or hands. Just not a good look in a professional environment.
