My brother was sitting by him at the Las Vegas airport back in the 80’s, and found him to be friendly and talkative dude. When one of them got up to board their plane, JJ gave a big smile and a parting dyn-o-mite.

I've heard he's a nice guy as well. It's just weird to see him and Namath on Medicare commercials I'm screwed I pretty much only have a tv on for background noise, and when I heard dyn-o-mite I actually had to backtrack and watch the ad

Basically, if you have high equity in your home, the reverse mortgage company pays you a lump sum, or fixed monthly payments. When you're carried out of your home for the last time, the reverse mortgage company takes possession.
