IF the battinator is under H2O for even 20 minits, especially with SALT WATER.....the conduction between the two output poles will be large....

but other than that, I fail to see just what would cause fires, when the water goes away, so does the load.....

you're right. the salt water wouldn't corrode the casings, wouldn't enter nooks and crannies in non-water proofed batteries....dunno why they are shorting out and catching fire.....

So Biden got shot down trying to get foreign oil producers to increase production, in fact thay are reducing it. So - he has an excuse to tap our strategic reserve (conveniently keeping gas prices artificially low just before midterms). Now, when the strategic reserves are tapped out and foreign oil imports curtailed - what do you think will happen to gas prices ?

It would be interesting to look at some Congrees members' stock portfolios as this slow motion train wreck descends on us.

I ASSUME the batteries are in a water/liquid proof outer case, especially if they have any liquid in them......so like a typical car battinator they have two terminals outta the thing, hopefully a fair distance from each other.....

That's stange. There's a butt load of videos on u-tube of people using their car as a boat. Even Elon says it's true. This has been going on for years even though the first I heard of it was a few weeks ago when some gubbermint entity on the left coast warned people not to try it
