Approx 30 subpoaenos have been issued to Trump's associates/lawyers and Tucker Carlson has a copy of one basically requesting all informtaion about any claim that the POTUS and VP could reject, or not choose to count, presedential electors.

Not insurrection or violent protesting, but a first amendment protected questioning of an election process. Which Hillary and Stacey Abrams and many others have done. Its clear intimidation and scary stuff.
