on our last trip up to Cody, WY, we come up from the south, via Meeteetsee, and the road passes by his little ranch place on the east side of the road. used to be called Monster Lake, don't know what he named it after he bought it. you could see the main cabin and the lake (reportedly, good fishing) from the road, about a mile off the road. well, the last time by, he had moved a shit ton of dirt to create a berm about a mile long, high enough that you could not see the main cabin or lake from the road anymore. i'm sure he didn't screw up any drainage patterns nor harm any plant or animal life in doing this work.

yo, if you want privacy, keep a low profile, don't tell the world where you live, and stay quiet. at least that works for me.
