Well, it looks like the new lady who moved into the apartment building has some enemies. She just bought this Jag, somebody rammed it and spun it around where she parked it.

Damn dude,that sucks.
icnlt because I have too many cars,would be an easy target.btw 7 cars 5 up and running and driven weekly between 3 people. 3 hidden in the garage .Bought this place because of the garages and barn.

I would put drain stoppers in all the drains or at least a plate with some weight on it while not in use.

I do that, but it doesn't seem to matter. Have a meeting with management this week to see what they are going to finally do to either appease me by fixing the problem or letting me out of my lease. Granted, I have gone on to every website, FB page, etc... that I could find and gave them all shitty reviews. Seems to be I am not the only one doing this since I've moved in. Reviews weren't bad at all when I signed my lease and I have had many friends/family who lived in these apartments at one point with no issues.

In the '90s, I lived in a 2nd floor "Garden Apartment". It was fine for a few years, but then they let Section 8 tenants in. Within months, we had a major roach problem. We kept calling management, and they told us it had to be us, because they talked to the people downstairs, and they said they had no problems with bugs at all. So I invited one of the managers to come see my apartment. He got there, and I said: find me a piece of food ANYWHERE, including the trash, other than what is in the fridge, or in a can in the cupboard. Of course he couldn't.

He left, and told one of the maintenance guys I knew (Booker), to go into the downstairs apartment and check it out. Booker told me there were mattresses all over the floor, and bugs EVERYWHERE. Management served an eviction notice, and literally the next day, all the occupants were gone.

I was not sorry when I closed that door for the last time.
