Done correctly, individual distillers produce a remarkable variety of delicately (and not so delicately) nuanced neutral grain spirits. Even if not enhanced with botanicals, fruits or spices, good shine reflects the quality and blend of the base ingredients, and the skill of the stillmaster. I like good shine and would drink it anywhere found.

Mari made stuffed shells (sausage, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach) and a red sauce and we drank our fake champagne (white grape juice).

She went to bed at 9:30pm and right now AT 11:45pm EST I'm taking a break in between playing games of NHL '98 (PS1) which I guess is about to be 23 years old.

Yep, a friends family has been doing is since the Civil War...or maybe longer. It even showed up on the civil war maps. Small batches for only family and friends and everyone in the county knows about it.
