Years ago, not much up the road from places I lived, outside Wash DC, was a joint known as 75-80 Dragaway.....shut down many years ago due to bitching by the snotty suburbanites that paid SO much for their houses, they though they owned the entire COUNTY....so over the decades there have been several attempts to get the place open for business......

maybe do a search on it, similar shituation, BUT this one so far out in the sticks it MAY have a chance.....
