Default Told to get off elevator!
Had a routine Doc visit this morning. To get into the doctors office you have to answer correctly a few questions and get your temperature read. Of course masks have to be worn at all times. Got finished and left the office and headed for the elevators.

A lady got on the elevator and I went to get on. She raised her voice a bit and said,"I want to be on this elevator alone" as she pointed at her mask. A bit surprised but backed out. This is the first time a situation like that happened that I know of. There are no signs or anything around that says how to ride the elevator! Being a gentleman waited the 5 minuets for the next elevator.

I was at the doctor's office last week and there was a sign in the elevator saying "No more than two people in elevator".

To be honest I have seen no elevator signs in any place I have been. The funny thing is at age 75 with medical problems, I'm in more of a potential problem than she is, I would put her age at about 40.

Normally I have and will stand my ground in most situations, but admittedly she cought me off guard. If this ever happens again my response might be a bit different!

Same thing happened to me at a Doctor appointment in late October. Probably the same woman.
