There can always be more information than what could be gathered from the videos I have seen, but solely based on what I have seen, this was a very clear case of self defense in the later shooting of the biceps blown guy that was for all intent going to shoot Kyle, and the head mob leader that was trying to bash him with a skateboard.


Again, I fully admit that there could be more info, as I was NOT there. But he had every right to protect his life.


Now, the issue of if he was legally carrying the weapon he had at 17...... ok, so that is a misdemeanor in that state. Give him a misdemeanor unlawful carry and not a murder charge.

Also has been brought to light that 2 of the 3 shot were felons, so them carrying is a felony right? Wonder if the one that got his bicep blown off will be charged? Ironic that he had a "paramedic" hat on but was a felon carrying a handgun. Can anyone say Antifa instigator????

26 year old Gaige Grosskreutz that was shot in the arm Tuesday night was not born in 1969, and also was not 43 at the time of his supposed 2013 felony burglary arrest.



Gaige Grosskreutz' actual DOB is 11/4/1993. The only notable thing on his criminal record was pleading guilty to being armed while intoxicated in early 2017 (a misdemeanor) and was sentenced to a year probation.
He has never been charged with, nor convicted of, a felony.

I looked him up in the WI circuit court system and saw for myself what "isn't" there. You're all free to do the same. When you can link me to a .gov source that indicates he was convicted of a felony, please do so.

He could, sure. But all of the "he's a felon" accusations I've seen thusfar have pointed to a 2013 burglary charge in LaCrosse, WI. It exists plenty on FB and Twitter memes, but doesn't seem to exist in reality.

A FB meme ain't gonna cut it. A right-wing article that will only suggest he "may be" a felon won't either. I know exactly why they word that so carefully and won't outright label him as such. They don't want to be owned Sandmann-style when sued and proven wrong. Labeling someone a felon that isn't one is perhaps the most textbook definition of defamation there is, it's not an accusation to toss around casually.
