DFW: Twisted Sisters Drive was great
Several of us drove the "twisted sisters" back roads in the Texas hill country last week. They are Hwys 335, 336 and 337. We picked them up south of Kerrville and really had a blast driving them (one C6 Z06, one Lingenfelter powered C5 and my C6 coupe). We drove them on a Tuesday morning and had all three roads almost all to ourselves. We knew they would be packed on weekends with sports cars and motorcycles.
If you have the chance to drive these twisty roads I highly recommend them, absolutely great to do in a Corvette. No pictures, had both hands on the wheel when not shifting thru the gears which was most of the time! Last edited by Blue Demon; 07-29-2013 at 4:29pm. |

We have driven them a few times. In some places I think we had a little bit of air!
