I'm thrilled that she did it on her own ( meaning not because I nudged her to do so ) and she did great. I'm very proud of her.

She commented this morning about running thru the runs in her head still to see where she could've got faster / smoother.



All that mattered was that she had fun in my book.

Be warned, it's a slippery slope! I distinctly remember thinking at one point "I don't need to spend money on a helmet, they always have loaners."

Now, 2 helmets, dedicated track car, 2 trailers, HANS, firesuit, God only know how many wheels and tires, . . . .. .. . . .
