FWIW: If Flexie buys custom wheels, hardly anyone will notice.

Ask 100 random people on the street what they think of your car; most will say it's nice, etc. Probably nothing about the wheels though.

Ask 100 non-C7 Corvette owners and you might get a handful that comment on the wheels maybe not being stock or whatever.

Ask 100 C7 owners and you'll probably a good number that will ask about the wheels. But out of 100 cars you see on the road, how many are C7s?

This ^ is not a criticism, I'm just throwing it out there. I like my chrome factory optional wheels so I'm keeping them. If I didn't, I might buy custom wheels.

I put the Forgeline AL 304s on mine. First I went with the graphite spokes and hated the darker color so I had them redone and got the spokes done in silver. So wish I had gotten them polished...but once they are painted, they can't polish them. GM paid for mine after going to BBB Arbitration. $5700 for the set and they were free to me!!

Based on posts over at cf C7Z section, the GM oem Z06 rims are shot quality, one pothole can easily take out both on the same side.

I live in SE FL, we have the very best roads in the history of the world, those not here drive the pothole circuit daily.

For me, the Z-51 will come with Summer Tires. I plan to buy a set of All-Seasons and mount them up on different wheels so I can just swap with the seasons...

I had a go at using your picture but the perspective was too different, so I took another approach and used the original picture and changed the color of the car.

I'm not in love with the results but it's OK.

Looks good, very good, you have a new job, as someone needs to fire the nerds at GM who refuse to provide a decent pallet for the Corvette.

BTW, that color could be High Gloss Dirty Ceramic White !!
