Same here... Too much exercise in too short of a time. My muscles feel like they are made out of lead. It sucks getting old, but it's better than the alternative.

Dawn, saw War Horse this weekend. Great movie for horse lovers. And the war parts will keep D interested. If you get the chance go see it. Be warned though...its 2.5 hours long.
