I wouldn’t go to NYC before COVID. **** em now, they don’t need my money. Vaxxed or not, I won’t show any part of my private medical records to enter a business.

I live in a free state where that crap is illegal.

I didn't like the taste of the steering wheel and found it difficult to remove myself from under the passenger side dash after being hit and spun around. I can barely afford insurance now, if my rates go up much more I'll drop it completely.

The insurance company of a friend of mine, was charging an extra $600.00 a year for people who didn't jump through some hoop that I have since forgotten. Anyway, the law came down on them and said you can't upcharge for not doing whatever that thing was. The solution? They bumped EVERYONE $600.00 a year and then discounted those that did X. Accomplishes the same thing and is legal.

To answer Snick my friend was a 55 year old caucasian, non smoker with zero reported co-morbidities. He would have shared such with me as we were that close.
Complete disclosure... he definitely contracted covid as confirmed by at least 2 test results; however no genotyping was done to my knowledge. Local sources state something like 90 percent or better of hospitalized folk locally have been infected with Delta; take that as you might. The family has decided against an autopsy so we will never know.
No one else in the family is vaccinated; his wife, daughter, son, son in law and grandson all got sick too but all have recovered. The widow will get the jab as soon as she is eligible; I have yet to speak to the other people involved.
