This could get ugly for the Policeman if true. I bet lawyers will be lining up wanting to take this case.

The article stated that the police department said there was more to the story....it will be interesting to see what that was.

That officer who wrote the ticket is in violation of the ADA, and the guy has a serious lawsuit against the city if he wants to take that route. He should not settle for having the ticket thrown out. The cop was wrong to throw him off the boardwalk. I should note, though, that the story said there were "other circumstances" involved, so we may not know the whole story.

I was just reading a story in our local paper the other day about people faking their dog being a service dog, which is getting to be a problem, so we are seeing some backlash here. The law should come down like a ton of bricks on anybody faking a service dog.
